馬桶瀑布

We call it waterfall. The toilet-bowl-waterfall was created by Chinese artist Wei Hua, who along with his team, spent 2 months installing the toilets. The toilets are a mixture of unwanted factory seconds and ones donated by foreigners and locals. All the toilets and urinals are actually connected to a tap so that they could be flushed. The installation is flooded periodically, creating a cascading waterfall to the amusement of the onlookers.
It’s just one of the many impressive ceramic sculptures residing in Shiwan Park, Foshan in the Province of Guangdong. The art piece was taken down on June, 2017.

我們逐一按下馬桶衝水鍵。這件大型藝術裝置作品位於中國佛山，石灣公園，在二〇〇九年由廣州美術學院教授魏華創作。藝術裝置原本為首届中國陶瓷節創作，據稱在揭幕五天内創造三十五萬人次的游覽佳話。作品中使用了萬余真實陶瓷馬桶，來自海内外友人和廠家捐贈，由藝術家團隊遵照整齊角度固定和調試，在建成之初的爭議和話題消散之後，逐漸成爲市民習以爲常的居住符號，也是當時游客駐足的熱門景點。二〇一七年六月底，馬桶瀑布被拆除。
